My Inaugural post will start with what’s on my Radar for the week of 2/4.
- Modern weather forecasts are stunningly accurate these days. In the past year or so it seemed like apps like MyRadar have been getting much better at rain predictions. Just make sure you know what’s being done with your data, Weather Channel got busted earlier this month for selling location data.
- In honor of yesterday’s game, the NFL is up to it’s usual small-business bullying over wording. Businesses can’t even say “Superbowl” (or “The Big Game”) without an NFL lawyer perking up. Btw, did you catch that photographer scrum rush at the end of the game? Wow!
- PCMA and CVS is trying to change the narrative on the “skewed record” of how PBMs utilize drug rebates. When asked if the study was peer reviewed, CVS basically said “no idea, ask PCMA, they gave us the report.” Who’s PCMA? It’s an industry group formed by PBMs to keep their interests going.
- Using frickin’ lasers to listen to frickin’ music! Cue obligatory “pew-pew” sounds.
